The Electric Spray Pro Application Skid is designed for roof washing, roof rejuvenation, and many other chemical spray applications. The components are designed to withstand harsh chemicals like bleach, acid, and solvents.  • Aluminum Pallet Skid 47”x60” at the bottom (solution tank hangs over a few inches on each side but it’s made to fit in a standard truck bed)• Choose 3 or 5 GPM 60 PSI 12v OR 115v Delavan, chemical resistant pump mounted neatly on an aluminum box. 12v pumps are the most commonly used pumps. You will need to supply a deep cycle marine battery which can be found at most automotive stores or even Walmart. The system comes with a box to fit a group 24 size battery. You simply charge the battery in the evenings using the provided charging system or you can pay a professional to wire it into your trailering system on your vehicle to charge. The 115v pump needs to be plugged into the customer’s power supply or a generator. These aren’t as common and are sometimes on back order since they are pumps we’ve had custom designed by Delavan for customer’s who have requested it. Please call before ordering a 115v to confirm lead times.  • Comes with an extra pump as a back up to quickly swap out on site. Even though these are chemical rated pumps, they will still have electrical issues from time to time that are commonly caused by low voltage and surges. Being such an inexpensive part, it usually makes more since to just replace the pump rather than trying to repair it.  NO WARRANTY ON PUMPS.  • 3 way valves installed on the suction and pressure side of the pump plumbed to allow for flushing the system, transferring solution into the tank on the system, priming the system and applying solution.  • Toggle switch installed on pump • Charging system installed for 12v pumps • Plug in neatly installed on the outside of the box so the system can be charged without opening the box.  • 18” aluminum reel with 300ft of 1/2” chemical resistant application hose ** Choose manual or electric hose reel ** • Application wand with poly trigger gun, stainless nozzles and cam lock system allowing the wand to be disconnected from the ball valve on the application hose. This gives you the option to fill buckets and pump sprayer with the application hose and neatly store your wand on the stainless holders installed on the outside of the box. • 100 gallon thick wall solution tank fully plumbed to the system • 100 gallon rinse tank fully plumbed with Hudson float valve for automatic water shut off. • Water fill line to connect a garden hose • Optional clear chemical metering manifold with premium Asahi metering valves. This will be neatly mounted to an aluminum stand on the system with the 3/4” water and bleach lines already plumbed and a free standing 1/4” soap line with filter installed. ** THIS FEATURE IS FOR SOFT WASHING AND ISN’T RECOMMENDED FOR ROOF REJUVENATION APPLICATIONS.  ** JUST OVER A TWO WEEK LEAD TIME ON AVERAGE  TO BUILD AND SHIP **

Other than that, all other components will ne the same *** This is the most capable, compact spray system in the roof rejuvenation, agricultural and pest control industry. Suction Side  The 3 way Viton valve on the suction side gives the operator the option to draw from either the solution tank or their rinse line. Both the solution line and rinse line come with chemical resistant, slotted, poly filters. The solution line is 10ft long and the rinse line is 20ft long. Both are premium, 3/4” non collapsable suction hose. The solution line also comes equipped with a uniseal tank gasket to neatly secure the solution line and filter in your tank from the top side. Their are no metal fittings on the filters. Everything that goes into the tank is 100% chemical resistant poly. The rinse line can also be used to transfer chemicals from a bulk tank to a solution tank. If you select the metering manifold option for soft washing, the 3 way valve for flushing will be installed on the SH line of the metering manifold.  Pressure Side The bypass line is 10ft of 1/2” clear poly braid hose with a ball valve and cam lock system that connects to the top of the tank. The bypass line will circulate your chemical solution in a loop through the system while you are off the trigger and bypass any excess solution while you are on the trigger. This helps keep your batch mixed solution mixed throughout the application process.  Choose 3GPM or 5GPM 60 PSI Delevan Pump This system comes equipped with either a 3 GPM or 5GPM 60PSI pump powered by 12v or 115v.  These chemical rated Delevan pumps are pre-wired and neatly mounted to the aluminum box. 12v pumps are standard but we can have Delavan custom build AC versions of this pump. Sometimes this will extend the lead time if you choose the AC pump model.  COMES WITH AN EXTRA PUMP FOR BACK UP These electric pumps will fail over time (usually from low voltage or surges) but are pretty simple to replace. We send a back up pump with this system. *NO WARRANTIES ON PUMPS* HOSE REEL The Spray Pro 12V Application System comes with your choice of a full-frame 12” or 18” aluminum Rugged Reel with a stainless manifold. This reel is designed to hold up to daily use with corrosive chemicals.     APPLICATION HOSE  This professional sprayer system comes with either 200ft or 300ft of 1/2” Soft Jet Premium Chemical Resistant soft washing hose that is rated for 300 PSI. The 12” reel comes with 200ft and the 18” reel comes with 300ft. This robust application hose is UV resistant, non-marking, & lightweight.
