The Electric Spray Pro Application Skid is designed for roof washing, roof rejuvenation, and many other chemical spray applications. The components are designed to withstand harsh chemicals like bleach, acid, and solvents.  • Aluminum Pallet Skid 47”x60” at the bottom (solution tank hangs over a few inches on each side but it’s made to fit in a standard truck bed)• Choose 3 or 5 GPM 60 PSI 12v OR 115v Delavan, chemical resistant pump mounted neatly on an aluminum box. 12v pumps are the most commonly used pumps. You will need to supply a deep cycle marine battery which can be found at most automotive stores or even Walmart. The system comes with a box to fit a group 24 size battery. You simply charge the battery in the evenings using the provided charging system or you can pay a professional to wire it into your trailering system on your vehicle to charge. The 115v pump needs to be plugged into the customer’s power supply or a generator. These aren’t as common and are sometimes on back order since they are pumps we’ve had custom designed by Delavan for customer’s who have requested it. Please call before ordering a 115v to confirm lead times.  • Comes with an extra pump as a back up to quickly swap out on site. Even though these are chemical rated pumps, they will still have electrical issues from time to time that are commonly caused by low voltage and surges. Being such an inexpensive part, it usually makes more since to just replace the pump rather than trying to repair it.  NO WARRANTY ON PUMPS.  • 3 way valves installed on the suction and pressure side of the pump plumbed to allow for flushing the system, transferring solution into the tank on the system, priming the system and applying solution.  • Toggle switch installed on pump • Charging system installed for 12v pumps • Plug in neatly installed on the outside of the box so the system can be charged without opening the box.  • 18” aluminum reel with 300ft of 1/2” chemical resistant application hose ** Choose manual or electric hose reel ** • Application wand with poly trigger gun, stainless nozzles and cam lock system allowing the wand to be disconnected from the ball valve on the application hose. This gives you the option to fill buckets and pump sprayer with the application hose and neatly store your wand on the stainless holders installed on the outside of the box. • 100 gallon thick wall solution tank fully plumbed to the system • 100 gallon rinse tank fully plumbed with Hudson float valve for automatic water shut off. • Water fill line to connect a garden hose • Optional clear chemical metering manifold with premium Asahi metering valves.
